Gossamer Thin

It takes a human touch to stretch reinforced crystal to the absolute limits of the material itself. During the process of blowing the glass and pulling the stem each craftsman is feeling the resistance of the material, applying heat as needed, and using all their senses–sound included–to find the balance between the crystal’s strength and grace.
