Was looking to upgrade my glassware and came across Gabriel-Glas as highly recommended by my peers. Ordered stem and stemless. The stems arrived broken. I took pictures and emailed them along with what happened to customer service, not even 10 minutes after I hit send, they had replied and sent another order out to replace the broken order. I was in shock. The replacement order arrived very quickly and the glassware is stunning. Thick enough for everyday use, but elegant enough to get an incredible drinking experience. Highly recommended and I would give 6 stars if I could.
